Shipping and Refund Policy


SHIPPING POLICY:

1) How long will it take to ship out  my order?

Once your order is recieved, we do quality inspection which take 1-2 Business Days of recieving your order, after your order is inspected we will Immediately ship out your order within 3-5 business days. You should receive your order within 5-10 business days or sooner.

2) What days do you Ship? 

We only ship Mon thru Thurs We DO NOT SHIP ON Fri, Sat, Sun


REFUND/RETURN POLICY:

1) Once you place your order all SALES ARE FINAL Sorry but we do not ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on any of our PRODUCTS due to most of our items being handmade or out of stock, we cannot guarantee you that you will receive the same item or items that you have ordered.

2) If you have recieved a "DAMAGE ITEM OR ITEMS" You must send us an email within 7 Business days of recieving your order with a PHOTO or VIDEO of the Damage item/items and We will correct the issue within 5-7 Business Days.


3) We will gladly replace your damage item or items by shipping it to you for "FREE" you will never have to pay for shipping fees,(Please note you will most likely not recieve the same item from your previous order) and we might be out of stock of that certain item. You will most likely recieve a "SUBSTITUTE" for your "DAMAGE" item/items.

4) Please DONT RETURN your Damage item to us, you can keep your damage item or throw item away on your own time. We do not "ACCEPT" any Damage items from our customers, sorry for the inconvenience.

5) SORRY BUT NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES WILL EVER BE GIVEN on any of our jewelry items or products.

6) Once your Package has been shipped out from our facility WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE for your Package, once you recieve your tracking number you can follow up with usps, or ups, regarding your package and when it will be delivered to you

7) If your Package arrives DAMAGE we have no control on how your package has been mis-handle by the postal worker, we put  "FRAGILE STICKERS" on all of our packages and pack all of our customers order with "EXTREME CARE" when leaving our facility.

Unfortunately we have no control on how your package is being handled with the Postal Carriers, So PLEASE make sure when placing an order with us you enter your "CORRECT ADDRESS" so that your package will arrive to you with no issues.
