We also Maintain a very Clean Organized Work Environment So we make sure your jewelry item is Throughly Inspected and clean before your items are shipped out to you. We use disposable cleaning gloves when packing all orders.

Refund and Exchange policy Q&A:
1) Do you offer Refunds?
No unfortunately we dont offer REFUNDS on any of our Jewelry items & products due to most of our Jewelry being handmade we wont have the same jewelry item in stock. And because we are a Sanitary Clean Company we are very aware of Customers touching, sneezing, coughing on jewelry items and trying them on and off, we cannot ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON ALL JEWELRY ITEMS regarding our Cleaning Policy.
2) Do you offer Exchanges?
Yes we do, if for any reason you recieve a "DAMAGE OR BROKEN JEWELRY ITEM" We will gladly "EXCHANGE" your Damage jewelry piece or pieces but you will have only 7 DAYS TO EMAIL US with a Photo or a Video of the Broken or Damage item so that we can Immediately start preparing your exchange, we will pay for shipping at our own expense. You will never have to worry about paying for shipping costs regarding Exchanges.
But please keep in mind that you will not recieve the same item or items you have ordered in your previous order, more and likely you will recieve a SUBSTITUTE item, Due to most of our jewelry pieces being handmade individually you will recieve another beautiful piece or pieces. We will ship out your Exchange Order within 5-10 business days of recieving your request of your Damage item or items
3)Can I return my Damage item Back to cupcake and beauty?
NO, Please do Not Send any of your Broken or Damage pieces back to us, you can keep the jewelry pieces at your own discretion or you can disgard it. Sorry But we do not ACCEPT any Damage items.
